Becoming a member of the Académie de l’Art Photographique de Monte-Carlo helps:

• Bring professionals together and support them in their activities and gives amateurs and enthusiasts of the art of photography the opportunity to get to know each other and share their experiences.
• Develop their photographic knowledge from an artistic, educational and technical point of view.
• Receive advice, if requested, in the choice of equipment, shooting and post-production techniques.
• Create meetings, competitions and courses to develop and nurture the world of Monegasque photography.
• Support members in their relations with the FIAP for any questions or problems.
• Benefit from special discounts and promotions on equipment, workshops and photographic trips
• Receive the monthly international magazine FIAP News,
• Receive the AAPMC FIAP affiliate card that allows access to international FIAP events.

Rules and Regulations (extract)

• A membership application form is available on the association’s website. The application form must be addressed to the President or the General Secretariat by email together with proof of payment of the membership fee. The application will be validated after examination by the Board.
• Admission implies full acceptance of the statutes and rules of the association.
• Rejection of the candidature is final; in this case, the membership fee will be refunded.
• Membership of the AAPMC is confirmed by direct communication to the person concerned within 30 days of the application submission.
• Only members up to date with the annual membership fee are entitled to vote at the general assembly and benefit from the services of the association.
• Members on the FIAP red list will not be admitted within the association and if they are already members, they will be expelled without reimbursement of the membership fee.

The Académie de l’Art Photographique de Monte-Carlo memberships fees are as follow:

• Ordinary Member: 60 euros
• Supporting Member: 120 euros
• Student Member and Under 25 years old: 30 euros

Members will receive a membership card with photograph valid for access to FIAP events.

Professional members will receive an identification card with photograph showing their status of professional photographer; the card is also valid for access to FIAP events.

The form can also easily be filled in electronically after downloading it.
